About Smartbiz365

We put method where there was habit,
and system where there was improvisation.

Smartbiz365 is an operational implementation company. We design, build and operate, with method and responsibility for the result.

Origin

The problem that repeats.

In Latin America there's a pattern that cuts across sectors and sizes: the business grows, the effort increases and operations keep depending on the same people and habits. Critical knowledge lives in WhatsApp chats, in folders nobody sorted, in the memory of the person who's been there longest.

When that person leaves, the company loses part of its operational history with them.

The symptoms show: turnover that forces re-training, late decisions because data arrives late, rework taken as normal, controls that only work when the manager is watching. It's not lack of will. It's lack of system.

"It's not a talent problem. Latin America has plenty of talent. It's an implementation problem."

The gap shows when comparing with more structured markets: documented processes, configured tools, governance that keeps working even when the person who designed it is gone. It's not intelligence. It's system discipline, and it gets implemented. Smartbiz365 was born from living that problem from the inside, as assistant, accountant and advisor, and from deciding it has a solution.

Team

The team.

Smartbiz365 operates with 15 people remotely, with the capacity to scale per project. What defines it isn't the number, it's the combination: decades of operational and control experience with real technical execution capacity.

    Area 1

    Audit and process control

    Operational standards, compliance and continuity

    Experience

Over 35 years in accounting, audit and internal control across aquaculture, agro, exports, large retail, real estate and services. On-site work in transitions, complex controls, audits and process redesign.

    What this area brings

Defines the project's operational standards: validated processes, compliance, documentation and continuity. Knowledge earned from the inside, not from frameworks.

  • Isometric technical implementation icon: gears, wrench and cloud with coral accent
    Area 2

    Technical implementation

Building the base the team uses every day

    Experience

Direct operation of enterprise software, corporate infrastructure, migration and technical configuration. Modern stack with judgment to decide when to apply each technology.

    What this area brings

Builds the base the client's team will use in practice. No over-design, no shortcuts. What gets implemented works and stays.

  • Isometric adoption and support icon: chat with coral bubble, manual and user figure
    Area 3

    Adoption and support

Making sure what gets implemented gets used

    Experience

User training, monthly operations support, incident handling and translation of the technical into the practical. Work from the operations floor, not from management.

    What this area brings

Makes sure what gets implemented gets used. The client doesn't abandon the tool after two months because they understand how it connects with their real work.

  • Isometric strategic direction icon: coral compass and ascending chart on dark background
    Area 4

    Strategic direction

    Ongoing consulting and technical backing

    Role

Ongoing consulting on infrastructure, technology stack, scalability and critical technical criteria.

    What this area brings

Technical backing for decisions that define whether a system scales or fails in six months. Stops proposals without foundation and validates the ones that do have it.

The base team is complemented with specialized profiles per project: development, infrastructure, QA, automation. Each project has the profiles it needs, not the ones that happen to be available.

Method

How we work here.

Every project follows the same order: understand, design, build, validate. Each phase has deliverables and each deliverable gets validated before moving forward.

The method isn't bureaucracy. It's the difference between a system the company adopts and one that sits on the server unused. Validation ensures what was delivered solves the real problem, not the imagined one.

Operations don't end at delivery. Smartbiz365 operates, documents and maintains. Most implementation problems don't come from bad initial design: they come from abandonment after go-live.

  1. Understand
  2. Design
  3. Build
  4. Validate

What Smartbiz365 doesn't do

  • Doesn't promise results without collaboration. Systems need the client: their users, their processes, their data. Without that, there's no honest implementation.
  • Doesn't work at random. Diagnosis, design, phases, validation, delivery. No shortcuts that produce fragile results.
  • Doesn't sell courses as a substitute for execution. Information without implementation doesn't transform operations.
  • Doesn't tolerate improvisation in the basics. Same standard for a three-user project as for a hundred-user one: order, continuity and that the client's company works well.
Track record

Where we've worked.

The team sums up decades in real operations: accounting, audit, internal control and process improvement in companies of different sectors and sizes. Technology implementation with enterprise software starts in 2015.

Sectors with most presence
  • Aquaculture
  • Agro and exports
  • B2B services
  • High-volume retail
  • Real estate
  • Tech and ISP

Smartbiz365 operates under strict confidentiality. Projects are mentioned by sector and industry, never by name, logo or sensitive detail. Discretion isn't a formal policy: it's part of how we work from the start.

Does your company have that pattern?

If you recognized any of the problems described (dependency on people, processes in someone's head, knowledge in chats), the most useful conversation starts by telling us how your company operates today. No form, no sales presentation.
